If you’ve never worked with us or ordered signage before, you might feel overwhelmed by the unknown. But never fear: Working with us is simple. We’ll do everything we can to take your idea and turn it into a reality, on time and within budget.

Q. Are there any upfront costs?

We typically ask for a deposit, depending on the overall cost and the size of the job.

Q. Can you provide a proof or sample before my design is produced?

Yes, we proof everything before printing and can send mockups of any sign or banner for your approval. 

Q. What if I want changes made to the mockup you provided?

That’s fine! We’re happy to make as many revisions as needed to ensure a perfect final product.

Q. Do you offer rush production/shipping options?

Yes. We have been known to work through the night on rush jobs to make sure our clients get what they need, when they need it.

Rush shipping will always cost more, but we can move your project via freight, in custom boxes that were designed to withstand the stress of travel.

Q. What’s the cost of a rush job?

Our goal is to meet your needs without charging any rush fee. It’s only the rarest occasion that we ask for additional funds to cover the overtime—and we’ll always let you know upfront if that will be necessary.

Q. Do you offer free standard shipping?

Any order over $150 comes with free shipping.

Q. Can you design a logo for my business or event?

Yep, you can ask our in-house designers to create your branding as needed, at our hourly design rate. 

Q. Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Is it your first time ordering with us? We offer a 15% discount on first orders. We also have volume discounts, wholesale rates, and a special nonprofit rate.

Q. Can you remove my old sign?

You bet.

Q. Will you install my sign out-of-state?

If we can get there by car, plane, or boat then we are in. (Anyone need a sign in Hawaii?)

Q. What if I have a unique request?

The weirder the better! 

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit card, check, cash, and ACH transfer.
